I am an artisan located in Gunnison, Colorado, focusing on the upcycling of damaged or unused fabric items into distinct apparel and household items. Committed to sustainability, I aim to minimize fabric waste to protect our environment.
The sew shop is situated in what was once an old home on Gunnison’s Main Street, nestled in a fast-evolving arts district. The facilities offer a dedicated workspace for events alongside a retail space. Our inventory showcases an array of eco-friendly yarns, as well as garments and household items crafted from upcycled materials.

The sew shop is situated within a converted old house on Gunnison’s bustling Main Street, nestled in a fast-evolving arts enclave. Our premises include a dedicated workspace for events alongside a retail space. Our inventory showcases an array of eco-friendly yarns, as well as garments and household items crafted from upcycled materials.
Did someone say yarn?
You'll love the selection of sustainably manufactured yards from Wool and the Gang, as well as my line of "reclaim" yarn sourced from discarded sweaters I have cleaned, unraveled and measured. Each ball of Reclaim yarn is detailed with fiber content, wraps per inch, length, weight and what it originated as.
Rescue and Rehab
At least twice a month I source material from our local clothing dumpster for my classes or upcycling projects. Some clothing just needs to be cleaned or "rescued", while other pieces need a bit more love "rehab". Each piece undergoes a transformation. Items are brought back to life at the shop as stylish clothing or home goods.
